We help young people discover, explore and prepare for careers in hospitality.

Through inspiring experiences, industry encounters and practical learning opportunities, our programmes build confidence, develop skills and open young people’s eyes to career paths they may never have previously considered.

Last year alone, more than 29,000 pupils engaged with our careers and education programmes, helping them understand the breadth of opportunities available across hospitality.

Springboard FutureChef

FutureChef introduces young people aged 12-16 to cooking, hospitality and food careers through a national schools programme and competition. Participants develop practical cooking skills, confidence and creativity while learning from industry professionals and mentors.

Hospitality Takeover Days

Hospitality Takeover Days give students hands-on experience of the hospitality industry through practical workshops, demonstrations and employer-led activities. From food preparation and events to customer service and mixology, students gain insight into the wide range of careers available.

Career Hubs

Career Hubs connect young people with hospitality professionals through interactive careers events, presentations and Q&A sessions. Students hear first-hand experiences from industry experts and learn about career pathways across the sector.

Summer Kickstart

Summer Kickstart supports school leavers as they take their first steps towards employment. The programme combines employability training, industry visits, work placements and employer engagement to help participants build confidence, develop workplace skills and prepare for interviews and employment.
