Transparent terms for every buyer.

Registration & Bidding

Please read these terms before registering to bid.

All bidders must register prior to each sale. Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address are required.

By placing a bid you enter a binding contract to purchase the lot if you are the highest bidder.

A buyer’s premium is payable on the hammer price at the rate published for each sale.

Invoices must be settled within the timeframe stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Lots may be collected by appointment once payment has cleared. Risk passes to the buyer on collection or dispatch.

Shipping is arranged at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise stated. MELE can introduce specialist carriers on request.
